NEW INK FOR RICHARLISON

Brazil and Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison has divided opinion with his latest tattoo, which includes a picture of HIMSELF.

The Brazilian number 9 celebrated his first World Cup adventure by getting the new ink from artist Dom.tattoo, who's work can also be seen on many London based footballers.

The somewhat bizarre tattoo bears the faces of "Selecao Canarinho" legend Ronaldo and Richarlison's current Brazil teammate and global superstar, Neymar, either side of Richarlison's own profile. Yes you read that right, he has a work colleagues face tattooed on his back, along with his own. Underneath this Brazilian Mt Rushmore is the image of a young boy adorned in a Richarlison number 9 Brazil shirt and a baseball cap overlooking the favelas.

Fans have been taking to social media to comment on the «weird» tatt, with one saying,
"Who gets a tattoo of themself?! Bro just look in the mirror.» Another fan commented, "The bottom one I can understand, but a full face tattoo of himself? Why? Strange!"

The tattoo also references a comment all-time Brazilian great Pele made on Richarlison's Instagram post after their country's exit from the World Cup. It reads, «You made Brazil smile, Pele.»

The good news (not so much for Spurs fans), is that Richarlison will have plenty of time to recover from the painstaking artwork as he nurses a hamstring injury which looks to keep him on the sidelines into the new year.
