The Canadian actor said Deadpool's arrival into the Marvel Cinematic Universe had to be huge.

Reynolds added: "Every Deadpool needs to stand out and stand apart. It's been an incredible challenge that has forced me to reach down deep inside, and II have nothingyeahjustcompletelyempty up thereand terrifying."

And what other way to do that than by getting one of the biggest names in the superhero realm to star in your film?

The currently unnamed Deadpool 3 will be released in September 2024.

Very little is known about the third instalment to the epic film franchise.

Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios, recently sat down with The Hollywood Reporter revealed this about the MCU:

"How do we elevate it in the way we've been able to with Civil War, and Infinity War and Ragnarok?"

"It's very fun to be in the world of the Ryan Reynolds show."

We don't know how we'll be able to wait until 2024, but it will definitely be worth it!
